- What to wear

- Will I be singled out?
- No. No standing up, no name tags, no put-on-the-spot moments.
Getting there, step by step
Park anywhere in the lot
We'll have signs up, and there's no need to arrive early to find a spot.
Head for the main entrance
Someone will be right there to say hello and point you the right way.
Grab a coffee and find a seat
Sit wherever feels comfortable. There's no assigned seating and no one will put you on the spot.
Kids
Every volunteer is background-checked, and check-in uses a matching security tag for pickup. Birth through 5th grade have their own rooms.
First time? Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can get your family checked in without a rush.
Getting in the door
If there’s anything that would help you feel more comfortable, just let a greeter know. We want to work with you.
Frequently asked questions

Do I need to sign up ahead of time?
No, you’re welcome to just show up. Letting us know in advance just helps us prepare, especially for kids.
What if I’m running late?
